Terms & Conditions:
1. The event “Urban Move” is organized by Affilia Ltd on the 05th – 07th of December 2025 at Centre Point Shopping Mall, Trianon.
2. The Organizers are the sole authority to allocate stands, spaces, and approve all visual displays during the event.
3. Admission as a participant/exhibitor is open to individuals, private or public enterprises, and NGOs aligned with the objectives of Urban Move.
4. Validation of participation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, duly cleared.
5. A written confirmation will be issued once the Participation Form is submitted and full payment is made upon signing this agreement.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or decline any application without obligation to provide justification.
7. In case of withdrawal or inability to participate for any reason, the participant/exhibitor is not entitled to any refund.
8. All cancellations, regardless of reason, are non-refundable.
9. Installation/setup is allowed two (2) days prior to the event. Stands and equipment must be fully cleared by the following day after the event.
10. In case of Force Majeure (events beyond the Organizer’s control leading to cancellation), refunds will be made on an equitable basis after deduction of expenses incurred. In case event is postponed another date or venue, no refund will be applicable to any participant. The Organizer shall not be subject to legal claims in this regard.
11. The Organizer holds all copyrights to photos and videos taken during the event and may use them for promotional purposes across any platform, without limitation.
12. The Organizer will provide 24-hour security during the event. However, participants/exhibitors are solely responsible for their products, equipment, and materials. It is their responsibility to subscribe to insurance coverage, thereby releasing the Organizer from liability in case of theft, loss, or damage.
13. All participants/exhibitors must maintain professional conduct and good behavior throughout the event. Misconduct may result in termination of participation and/or police intervention.
14. By signing this document, participants/exhibitors agree to abide by these rules and regulations. In case of disputes, parties shall first seek amicable resolution. Failing that, jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the Courts of Mauritius under Mauritian law.
